DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
  • Manages personnel recruitment and staffing requirements for the Brand Ambassador (NBA) teams
  • Works with Director and Regional Managers on the development, maintenance and communication of performance management criteria for all field positions
  • Analyzes store walk through and workday results from all regions. Reports findings and recommendations to Brand Ambassador Director and/or field personnel
  • Conducts monthly field visits and reviews
  • Manages the brand ambassador training program, including developing training content, delivery methods, scheduling and training evaluation
  • Oversees the development and maintenance of training handbooks and videos to include safety materials and staff procedures binders
  • Develops and distributes national communications to the field teams
  • Develops field merchandising strategies for each of the top five serviced retail accounts
  • Coordinates account activities with Sales Department and Customer Business Managers
  • Analyzes internal field reports to determine territory trends
  • Manages content for annual Sales & Marketing (SMAC) Meeting, Regional Managers Meeting and District Supervisors Meeting
  • Manages special projects, including analyzing needs, making recommendations, establishing budgets, overseeing project delivery and reporting results to Director
  • Provides thought leadership for the development and execution of the evolution of the NBA team as the industry, category, and NOA retail business evolves


Qualifications

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS
   
  • Ten or more years of related experience, preferably including three years of Regional Manager experience
  • PC spreadsheet and word processing skills (Excel, Windows, PowerPoint and Outlook preferred)
  • Experience with public speaking, presentations and training
  • Experience with training theories and practices
  • Strong product and industry knowledge
  • Undergraduate degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, a related field, or equivalent
