The Production team within Digital Marketing is a multi-disciplinary team with a focus on planning, content strategy, copywriting, design, discoverability, and technology. Our mission is to deliver the best digital experiences.

To that end, our priorities include:

  • Driving digital transformation in the areas of UX and operations through technology, data, process and leadership.
  • Lead the creative, content strategy and technology efforts of our digital experiences.
  • Discoverability and search engine optimizations.
  • On-device creative and content for Switch News and Nintendo eShop merchandising.
  • Delivering One Nintendo to our customers.

   

 

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:

  • Analyzes core metrics performance data and make recommendations through written reports and PowerPoint presentations to key stakeholders including managers of Discoverability and Production Marketing
  • In partnership with Discoverability team, identifies SEO opportunities and provides impactful solutions with the goal of increasing overall organic visits to Nintendo's web presence in the search engines.
  • Monitors branded/unbranded keyword rankings and creates keyword strategies based on current data trends.
  • Collaborates with Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Digital Advertising and Customer Experience teams to discover new and innovative SEO tactics to implement.
  • Conducts in depth analysis of key competitor SEO performance.
  • Documents current SEO strategies and tactics into knowledge base
  • Promotes SEO best-practices across departments to ensure successful cross-calibration on projects.


Qualifications

SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-3 years of direct SEO experience
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SEO and its current/future trends
  • Knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, content marketing, and link building as they apply to ecommerce websites.
  • Background working with websites that have a global footprint and familiarity international SEO strategies.
  • Experience with industry tools (Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Schema.org)
  • Experience using analytics to tell a story (Google Analytics)
  • Functional knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of mobile vs. desktop SEO strategies
  • Undergraduate degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

  

This position is HYBRID in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
 

This position includes a base salary range of $77,500 - $124,000 annually, potential for semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
