At NorthBay Health the Manager is accountable for assuring the provision of effective financial and business operations encompassing multiple responsibilities which include but are not limited to: leading financial and operational improvement initiatives/projects, supporting Health System financial improvement initiatives and goals with accountability in labor management analysis, leading and setting labor targets based on benchmark data and continuous improvement projects while fostering interdisciplinary, collaborative relationships across NorthBay Health.  This is a highly visible position that has administrative authority to work with entities across NorthBay Health in order to meet established accountabilities. 

1. Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare-related field or equivalent required.  Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare-related field or equivalent and/or CPA is preferred.
2. Experience:  Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in area of responsibility. Three (3) to five (5) years of progressive staff experience with increasing scope of responsibility preferred.  
3. Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills required.  Demonstrates results oriented leadership.  Must be well organized, able to set priorities, work independently and function as an effective team member. Proficient in computer systems and software applications required.  Demonstrates ability to use persuasive communication, leadership, and relationship-building. Knowledge of regulatory processes (Joint Commission, CMSS, AAAHC, and Title 22) required. Completion of annual organizational requirement for employment such as TB testing, Safety Training, Corporate Compliance, HIPAA
4. Compensation: 

• Budgeted salary range is $90K - $150K (Offered annual salary based on years of experience)
• MAX salary is commensurate on 20+ years of experience
• Management Incentive Bonus eligible, up to 15% of the annualized salary
