BASIC FUNCTION: Facilitate the development, enhancement, and improvement of programs in assigned department.

Coordinate the development, implementation, enhancement, and improvement of specific department programs. E
Coordinate activities and support services with District staff, departments, and community. E
Prepare and maintain a variety of reports, records, and files. E
Ensure District's compliance with federal and state mandates. E
Serve as District liaison to school staff, community members, and various agencies for assigned programs. E
Develop and implement training for District personnel. E
Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate the performance and duties of assigned staff. E
Perform related duties as assigned.
TRAINING, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of education, training and/or experience equivalent to: bachelor's degree and four years of relevant experience.
LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Valid California Driver's License
Employment eligibility will include fingerprints, tuberculosis and/or other employment clearance

Meet schedules and timelines
Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations to a variety of audiences
Supervise, coach, and evaluate assigned staff
Operate personal computer, related software, and other office equipment
Office environment; driving a vehicle to conduct work; fast-paced work; constant interruptions
Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment; sitting or standing for extended periods of time; hearing and speaking to exchange information and make presentations; seeing to read, write, and use the computer; kneeling and bending at the waist, reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally; lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling moderately heavy objects.
