Ochsner Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible ENDOCRINOLOGIST to join our busy practice in the Covington/Slidell area. This is an outpatient only general endocrinology position. We work closely with NP's in a comprehensive diabetic management program consisting of diabetic educators, dietitians and pharmacy assistance services.

Position Highlights:

• This is full time OUTPATIENT position with a 36 direct patient care hours a week with 4 hours of administrative time.
• Call is split for outpatient: 1:7 ratio
• No inpatient.
• This team consists of 1 PA and 2 diabetes educators in Slidell. We have 1 Endocrinologist, 2 diabetes educators and 3 APPs on our team in Covington.
