Summary:
Responsible to oversee all aspects of Oneida Nation's (non-Gaming buildings), properties and equipment to ensure they are functional, safe, secure, sanitary, and well maintained.
Responsibilities:
* Represent Oneida Division of Public Works in capital improvement projects, construction projects, request for proposals, processing contracts, project management, purchase orders and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and codes.
* Conduct general safety and equipment inspections to ensure compliance with Oneida Nation Ordinances, Local municipalities, State and Federal requirements. Ensure safety requirements and procedures are maintained and enforced. Prepare reports and correct deficiencies as needed/required.
* Coordinate and perform regular maintenance, upkeep, repairs, troubleshooting, installation as needed, seasonal readiness, safety, security, cleaning, and improvements for the non-Gaming buildings, properties, and equipment.
* Document, maintain and monitor the cost of building fixtures, repairs, and equipment. Including an inventory of parts/supplies needed to service and repair equipment
* Provide excellent customer service, coordinate, network and maintain an effective working relationship with, Retail Enterprise, Gaming Maintenance/Custodial, Digital technology services (DTS), Gaming security, outside surveillance, Retail business units, employees and all other internal and external services and customers.
* Manage business relationships with vendors and suppliers to control costs, ensure quality products, and efficient services
* Participate in team meetings, internal work groups, communicate goals/objectives, and contribute to the team effort by accomplishing cross functional tasks/support. Mentor, coach and train processes, procedures, and changes

Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and adhere to the Nation Drug and Alcohol-Free Workplace Policy.
A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening and/or a 2 step TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of employment.
Must provide a copy of diploma/degree, license, or certification upon employment.
