We are expanding our sites in General Duties, Healthcare, Campus, Industrial, Mobile, Events, and more.
Location: In the Kootenays (Trail, Nelson, Castlegar, Cranbrook, Elkford, anywhere in the Kootenays Region)
Position Type: Full-Time/ Part-Time / Casual Opportunities Available
Site rate: $21.00 - $32.00 (rates may vary based on the site)
What You'll Do
- Provide a visible security presence and maintain a safe environment.
- Patrol premises, monitor access control, and report irregularities.
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents with professionalism.
- Enforce site rules, regulations, and safety procedures.
- Complete detailed and accurate daily reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and the public.
What We're Looking For
- Valid BC Security License
- Basic Occupational First Aid Training is an asset
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License and a reliable vehicle is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Previous security or customer service experience is an asset
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
