Work Location: Burnaby (Head Office)
Contract Term: March 2026 - December 31, 2027 (22-Months)
Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for high-volume hiring of Security Officers in a variety of sites and industries throughout the Metro Vancouver area. As the Regional Manager for this team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of recruiters, managing the talent acquisition budget and resources, and driving proactive sourcing strategies to ensure a strong, diverse pipeline of talent, in addition to owning the full-cycle recruitment for all salaried office roles within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, develop, and support a team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators, Specialists, and Advisors focused on high-volume recruitment and selection of hourly field staff
- Partner closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to align recruitment priorities by addressing key talent gaps and shortages, and forecasting hiring needs using historical data, industry trends, and potential contract growth
- Adjust resources to meet changing operational demands
- Set hiring targets, KPIs, and timelines aligned with business needs, and ensure the successful achievement of these through structured goal setting, regular check-ins, and results tracking
- Conduct full cycle recruitment for salaried, office-based roles, including corporate and professional positions such as Finance, IT, and Marketing
- Support and coach recruiters in building, maintaining, and continuously strengthening talent pipelines and sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles, and scaling new pipelines including outreach to passive candidates, underrepresented communities, and non-traditional talent pools
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders to execute effective and strategic initiatives to support the attraction and retention of high-volume and niche talent
- Analyze and apply recruitment data provided by the team to drive effective, data-informed hiring decisions
- Manage the regional talent acquisition budget, including job boards, advertising, and other tools, optimizing spending and ensuring a strong return on investment
- Continuously improve our processes, tools, and workflows to support efficiency, best practices, and a best-in-class candidate experience
- Ensure consistent, equitable, and compliant recruitment practices across the region
- Proactively guide and coach internal stakeholders through the hiring process, interview techniques, and best practices
- Step in as a hands-on recruiter during peak hiring periods as needed
- Other duties as required to meet operational needs

Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including experience sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for professional roles
- Experience leading a team of recruiters in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Experience recruiting in security or a similar service-based industry is an asset
- Post-secondary education in human resources, business administration, or relevant field
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Demonstrated ability to build strong business relationships across various audiences with diplomacy, tact, and confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive work ethic and ability to think outside the box
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
