Site: Toronto Pearson Airport
City: Mississauga, ON
Hours: Monday to Friday (0800 - 1600)
Pay Rate: $19.30/hr.

Job Description: The Commercial Vehicle Administrator Assistant shall comply with the following or perform the activitiesbelow:
- Register new companies & drivers;
- Review & approve driver self-registration requests;
- Create bookings and generate permits;
- Suspend and deactivate account if necessary;
- Accept payments for loading stored values;
- Issue refunds and process vouchers;
- Provides support regarding all bookings for both Terminals;
- Co-ordinate dispatch of vehicles from the holding area to the Terminal curbs;
- Dispatching vehicles through the CVTA System;
- Accurate and timely completion of pre-arranged audit when CVTA system malfunctions;
- Ensure matching of passenger to appropriate vehicle;
- Respond to passenger, company & driver inquiries and assist where needed;
- Complete bank deposit and reconciliation of funds;
- In case of CVTA failure, use spreadsheet for vehicles that are already booked and dispatch over PA system;
- Operate system in a degrade mode by calling vehicles over PA system;
- Operate in a manual mode;
- Maintain record for passengers at Pre-arranged curbs with no cars booked for them;
- Assist drivers with automated system;
- Respond immediately to all requests or operational changes as directed by the Groundside Operations Employees;
- Report any unusual activity in the Pre-arranged Compound; and
- All other related duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable using office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High School Diploma/GED
