Description

The HealthPartners Institute Dermatology Residency Program is seeking applications for a residency Program Director position to oversee our ACGME approved 9 resident training program. Our Dermatology Department consists of over 55 board-certified Dermatologists, Dermatopathologists, Pediatric Dermatologists, and Mohs surgeons – all delivering high-quality care to patients throughout our 11 locations in the greater Twin Cities & Western Wisconsin.

As Program Director, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our dermatology residents by providing an exceptional educational environment, mentorship, and administrative oversight of the residency program. You will work in conjunction with faculty and operational leaders to support and educate our resident physicians to become productive and respected dermatologists within their medical communities. Improving health and well-being in partnership with our patients is the mission of our integrated health care system, and the basis of training our resident physicians to provide comprehensive and compassionate dermatologic care, with consideration for cost of care.
