Description

The Employer Brand Marketer Sr. is a strategic role responsible for growing Paycom Career's social media, content curation and promoting employer brand awareness through campaigns and engagement. The Employer Brand Marketer Sr. will lead development of content and build strategy to grow Paycom as an employer of choice. The senior role will serve as a mentor to other team members and aid the Supervisor of Employer Brand Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic projects leveraging recruitment marketing campaigns, content, videos, etc. with platform specific framing that amplifies the employer brand messaging.
  • Create strategic engagement plans to help grow Paycom's social media channels, brand awareness and sentiment.
  • Create, analyze and present on weekly reports. This includes using audience insights and analytic tools to inform content strategy.
  • Manage multiple projects, tight deadlines and communication with stakeholders.
  • Manage creative development, including working with writers, video producers, designers and developers to fulfill content pieces.
  • Mentor and develop new recruitment marketers to develop team skill set
  • Serve as subject matter expert in Paycom's customer demographics and current and future products. Ensure product benefits are consistently and properly presented to the appropriate audiences across all mediums.
  • Think strategically and creatively, and work collaboratively with the marketing department and other internal teams
  • Research recruitment marketing and employer brand opportunities, designs, testing, best practices and vendors that can enhance our strategy.


Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • A Bachelor's degree in in public relations, communications, marketing, business or related field

Experience:

  • 3+ years' experience in the field of public relations, communications, branding, recruitment marketing, marketing and/or copywriting.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong planning skills and proven experience in coordinating ideas and resources to achieve goals.
  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Experience writing to different audiences and utilize different tones of voice.
  • Proactive, creative thinker that contributes original and resourceful ideas to workplace and marketing challenges
  • Computer proficiency in with MS Office products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High standard of excellence in attention to details, deadlines, office policies and procedures.
  • Ability to handle a number of high priority projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Self-starter, able to work independently
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, prospects, colleagues and vendors.
  • Proficiency in project management software, specifically Sprout Social, Hoot Suite, Meltwater and Wrike preferred
