As the Director of Pharmacy at ProHealth Care, your responsibility is to direct all medication use process and assure the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services to all patients and family members to all of our service locations. The Director is responsible for the planning, developing, implementing and sustaining safe and effective medication-related services and process at the hospitals, clinics and continuum of care divisions we serve. This is in addition to the direction of operations, clinical activities and staff of the pharmacy department. As the Pharmacy Director, you are responsible for cross campus comprehensive operations of multiple departments lead by your direct reports of Managers and/or Supervisors.
You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Pharm D or Bachelors in Pharmacy(RPH) and MBA or other Graduate Degree, or a Masters in Pharmaceutical Science
- Pharmacist (R.Ph or RPh) with current license to practice pharmacy in WI
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership capacity *CA #LI-MO
