The Benefits Coordinator is responsible for providing support for the company by developing and coordinating interpretation and explanation for all covered and non-covered health plan benefits. Assist the Capitation Services Supervisor with other various duties related to IPA Operations.

• Formal training will be indicated by high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years previous experience in benefit interpretation and medical coding required.
