Position Summary


Oversee, manage, and coordinate multiple capital projects through feasibility, design, construction, commissioning, and qualification project stages. Support the Facilities, Procurement, and Engineering Departments. Prepare cost, schedule, change, and risk tracking reporting services, along with document control. Perform construction inspections, assess work progress, and prepare daily reports and special conditions. Review and approve turnover packages and start-up activities.


Position Requirements

  • Project management experience typically acquired by a bachelor's degree and 5–10 years of directly related experience; a minimum of one year must be in pharmaceutical or biomedical construction projects.

  • Must have demonstrated capability of developing and reviewing cost estimates.

  • Experience working on a complex technical/engineering/research building projects strongly preferred.

  • Bilingual verbal capability in Spanish strongly preferred.

  • Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, both orally and in writing, and possess the ability to present to groups. Working knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling software is required along with proficiency in the use of standard Microsoft Office products.
