Job Summary

Assumes lead role in operational project analysis and management. Position interacts with all levels of management to provide analysis and recommendations for the achievement of the Department operational goals and to support the organization's strategic plan.

Operates with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated projects. A wide degree of creativity and flexibility is expected. Familiar with a variety of operational, accounting, quality improvement and budget concepts, practices, and procedures.Assumes lead role in operational project analysis and management.
