Clinical Support Associate (CSA), Medical Assistant EMT or LPN – Family Practice | Mukwonago

This is afloat role supporting a high-volume clinic, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and being a key part of clinic flow.
Schedule:
- Part time (0.5 FTE, 20 hours/week) - benefits eligible
- Monday and Tuesday 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Wednesday 12:00pm – 4:00pm
- No evenings, weekends, or holidays
What you will do:
- Room patients and support nurse visits
- Assist providers through Epic in-basket management
- Complete prior authorizations and coordinate care tasks
- Float throughout the clinic to support daily operations

What we are looking for:
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (MA, LPN, EMT, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Epic experience strongly preferred
