What You Will Do:
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will deliver compassionate, patient- and family-centered care in a collaborative, supportive environment. You'll integrate theoretical knowledge with clinical expertise to care for diverse patient populations, utilizing a systematic and thoughtful approach. You'll also:
- Provide professional nursing care on 4NW and potentially other clinical areas as required by staffing needs.
- Supervise and direct delegated nursing tasks in alignment with educational preparation and abilities.
- Apply critical thinking skills to respond to patient needs and clinical situations with expertise and empathy.
What You Will Need:
- Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- NIHSS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
