Description
Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join team a well-established practice at PMG Gresham in a full-time role that offers a good amount of schedule flexibility. You will join a dedicated, passionate, mission-driven group of providers who are making a vital impact to those in need by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, patient population. You'll be part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APP who will support your panel and In Basket management, a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, diabetes educator, and case management team. The facility is also in an excellent location in the city of Gresham - which is not only one of the largest suburbs of Portland, but it's close location to the Cascades means you will have convenient access to both the mountains and the city.
- Full-time, flexible between 0.75 - 1.0 FTE
- 4 days/week schedule (M-F)
- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine, must be comfortable and willing to see all ages
- Ideal candidates will value trauma-informed care approaches and honor the Providence mission of caring for the poor & the vulnerable
- 2-year guaranteed salary (with higher starting base for experienced physicians), generous quality incentives, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance available
