We are currently seeking dedicated Wait Staff to join our team and help us provide an unforgettable dining experience.

As a member of our wait staff, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding menu items.
- Take and accurately relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
- Refill drinks and clear away used dishes and utensils promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, floors, and service areas.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events and banquets.
- Follow health and safety regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

 Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must comply with health and safety regulations.

 Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy trays or items.
- Manual dexterity for handling utensils and serving dishes.
