With our recent expansion to our Shared Services Center into Mexico, we are looking for a finance professional who is passionate about customer experience and eager to make a significant impact on our Company's financial practices while developing SaaS skills. This position plays a crucial role in our Finance organization by enhancing the efficiency and quality of our finance processes and ensuring global end-to-end process standards. We offer excellent opportunities for career advancement and are committed to employee development. ​ How You'll Find Success   The Billing team is responsible for issuing Qualtrics invoices and managing all billing-related tasks. As the group at the end of the sales cycle, we connect with various functions, including contracts review, revenue and crediting support, to ensure a smooth and efficient billing process. Additionally, the team provides timely and relevant reporting and supports projects for the broader Finance organization. If youollaborate with internal teams, solve complex problems, and enhance the sales and renewal cycle for our stakeholders. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of Company sales, renewals, and financial forecasting.   How You'll Grow

  • As a Billing Specialist, you will get the opportunity to be part of a valued group that plays a crucial role in the success and development of both the Finance department and the Company as a whole.
  Things You'll Do
  • Solve a wide range of difficult problems using professional experience, Company policies, Contract basis, and billing cycle procedures learned as a Finance Analyst.
  • Regularly works on disputes of moderate/complex scope where analysis of situation or data requires a deep review and understanding of identifiable factors to solve them in a practical way.
  • This role is in charge of managing the billing for accounts with intermediate and high complexity, solving issues, and analyzing billing data, to guarantee the preparation and maintenance of billing cycles according to the legal contract terms.
  • Ensures the correct and accurate interpretation of the legal contracts in the system set-up and billing processes on each and every one of the clients assigned to their portfolio.
  • Financial Knowledge: Understanding of finance processes and ability to manage the billing cycle from start to finish. Revenue, Crediting and Accounting knowledge is a plus.
  What We're Looking For In Your Resume
  • Degree in economic-administrative careers or similar.
  • Requires 2-3 years of significant related work experience, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections or related.
  • Experience in the utilization of billing systems, contract compliance, and audit support.
  • Strong PC skills, including Excel - pivot tables and vlookups is a must, macros development is desirable.
