Senior Manager, Product Marketing Manager - Product Adoption Why We Have This Role As a People Manager of our Basecamp (Product Adoption) team, you will lead a dynamic group dedicated to driving the adoption, renewal, and expansion of our products across international markets. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping scalable content strategies that help our customers realize more value in using our product and maturing their programs. How You'll Find Success

- Manage, coach and evolve a global team of product experts, instructional designers and system owners into a team of product marketers
- Increase product adoption across our portfolio of products through a mix of content and channel types including customer training
- Ensure exiting customer training content repository is up to date with quality content
- Audit content performance, assess and launch new content types and optimize based on impact
- Lead stakeholder relationships across the business evangelizing and aligning business to the teams charter
- Develop, drive and execute a business strategy that supports the XM Success team driving renewals and expansions with customers
- Manage backend systems and tools that operate a customer training and learning site and community
- 4+ years of proven experience in leading product marketing teams with a global reach.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager, preferred experience at a SaaS company.
- Demonstrable track record of developing successful product marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and inspire a team.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and cross-functional team collaboration.
