Business Transformation Senior Manager, Mgr PXE Strategy Realization Office Why We Have This Role
This Transformation Office team member will play a critical role in revolutionizing our systems and processes within the Product, UX, and Engineering (PXE) Organization at Qualtrics. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will lead initiatives that align with our goals of driving innovation and increasing efficiency in business operations (BizOps) and product development. You will lead end-to-end efforts that seek to understand current processes, identify opportunities, and execute improvements that drive value through operational excellence. You will be working with leaders across the organization to drive adoption and otherwise influence the future of how the PXE organization works. This is a people manager role with a small team of transformation-focused roles.

How You'll Grow
- You will help grow and evolve new Transformation and BizOps disciples with PXE.
- You will influence core systems and processes that underpin the success of the PXE organization and Qualtrics.

Things You'll Do
- Own large transformation initiatives: Own one or more significant multi-year transformation initiatives to drive operational excellence and quarter-over-quarter improvement to core PXE processes.
- Identify and define critical business problems: Proactively seek out inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across various processes and systems. Lead others to understand the impact on people, processes, technology, and systems.
- Develop actionable recommendations: Translate data-driven insights into clear and concise solutions to address identified problems.
- Design and implement new processes: Develop and operationalize optimized processes, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Streamline operations: Work to simplify and standardize activities across the organization while identifying opportunities for automation and use of AI to increase productivity.
- Lead your team to ‘discovery, design, and do the work': Drive projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are on time and meet desired outcomes, collaborating with many stakeholders to maximize the benefit from transformation initiatives.
- Track progress and report on results: Monitor the impact of implemented solutions, measure key performance indicators (KPIs), and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholders: Gain buy-in and maintain strong relationships with leadership and impacted stakeholders at all levels.
- Act as an internal consultant: Provide structured thinking and an objective perspective on various business topics to different departments.
- Training and enablement: Train employees on new policies, procedures, and systems as needed.
- Proactively "put out fires": Address urgent operational issues and challenges as they arise, solving them within the broader strategic and transformation context.
- Stay informed on industry trends: Keep abreast of best practices for transformation, portfolio, program, and change management.
- Foster a learning culture: Promote continuous learning and improvement within the organization and your team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 12+ years of work experience in business operations, program management, process improvement OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years working in a Product, Tech and/or Engineering organization
- 5+ years of people manager experience
- 6+ years business management (e.g., project, process, vendor, change) experience.
- Track record of managing business operations and transformation or change management initiatives. This includes the ability to drive significant organizational changes, streamline processes, and implement new systems or structures. Direct experience in PDLC and SDLC transformation is a plus.
- Track record of managing complex business programs including implementing organization-wide improvements and optimization.
- Experience in effectively engaging, consulting, and informing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer.
