Social Media Intern - Organic Global Brand

If you've dabbled in social media content creation and are looking for a fall internship that pushes you creatively, allows you to manage and grow social channels, and will enhance your resume - keep reading! We're hiring a Global Organic Brand Social Media intern to fill in while our usual head of social media is out on Maternity Leave. Our organic social profiles provide content to all global regions, sharing company insights, announcements, customer stories, brand growth moments, and more. You'll be in charge of showing the world what Qualtrics has to offer and how we enable incredible experience management in a way that is engaging, creative, and results-driven. Now's the part where you stalk us on social: @Qualtrics on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Youtube, and IG.

How You'll Find Success

  • You're curious and eager to contribute. We have a strong and well-performing social strategy AND we are always looking for ways to improve to drive greater impact. 
  • You're creative. You love thinking about how to use the latest social media trends and can even come up with new ones! When given clear guidelines, you can build content that performs well on social and connects back to our goals.
  • You're fearless. You trust your instincts when it comes to content creation, push posts forward even if it's scary, and aren't too hard on yourself if a post flops.
  • You can yap effectively. We love new ideas especially when they come across in a clear and engaging way.
  • You know how to use a system. You have the creative inspiration AND know how to turn the ideas into reality, meet deadlines, and use a repeatable process that allows you to scale those big ideas.
  • AI doesn't scare you.

How You'll Grow

  • Work with our growing global communications team.
  • Get the opportunity for real-world practical application of social media for business.
  • Be given autonomy to manage while having coaching, check-ins, and support along the way.
  • Work on a large-scale, established, and sophisticated social media program.

Things You'll Do

  • Create visuals and graphics on Canva/AdobeExpress that work with our social strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Work with our employees to share authentic, candid moments that showcase moments at Qualtrics and messaging we'd like to promote.
  • Assist with our Executive Team's LinkedIn social strategy and executive social post requests.
  • Engage with our organic social channel audiences by checking in on each platform daily and monitoring engagements. Be active in the community through likes, comments, and reposts.
  • Keep up with social media analytics and help us improve our content strategy based on what resonates with our audience. 
  • Stay in the loop with the latest trends, memes, and social media must-dos to keep our brand fresh and engaging. 

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • Previous experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • You find yourself oddly good at Canva, Adobe Suite, and know how to work a video editing platform.
  • Experience storytelling in extra curricular clubs, associations, or previous internships.
  • You have Instagram and TikTok on your phone.
  • A genuine passion for storytelling and a flair for elevating people's voices in an inclusive, balanced, and global way.

  • We are responsible for driving the global organic brand strategy that generates new leads and influences widespread knowledge of Qualtrics.
