Job Summary and Qualifications

This position supports the mission of Research Medical Center of optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person.

  • The Quality and Compliance Coordinator is under the guidance of the Director of Transplant Services and is responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the quality improvement program that is informed by health care trendsand incorporates research activities.
  • Participates in Joint Commission, CMS and UNOS readiness activities.
  • Provides leadership, education and mentoring of all personnel in quality assessment, data and financial management, reporting and quality improvement plan and initiatives.
  • Collaborates with nursing personnel, physicians, multiple disciplines and departments to plan and implement the transplant departments quality improvement plan and initiatives.
  • Participates actively in the promotion and achievement of the department's and hospital mission, vision and values.
  • Models behaviors as characterized in leadership. Maintains various databases and information resources in support of the Kidney and Pancreas Programs.
  • Analyzes, tracks and trends data. Serves as inter-department liaison and resource for users within the solid organ transplant program. Performs other duties as assigned.
What qualifications you will need:

  • Registered Nurse Diploma

Research Psychiatric Center is a 95+ bed facility. We offer acute inpatient, day treatment, and community-based outpatient behavioral healthcare.
