Associate Director Accounting

The Associate Director Accounting manages all aspects of Financial Accounting for the selected geographies

•  Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows for each month close.
• Lead timely and accurate month-end consolidation process
• Perform, review, and reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or local GAAP, and apply new accounting pronouncements.
•  Liaise with external auditors (including statutory auditors), tax consultants.
•  Ensure timely closure and filing of audited accounts for consolidated as well as statutory FS.
• Ensuring all closing BS balances are backed up by supports/ reconciliations each month end
• Ensure accounting policies and practices are aligned across subsidiaries
• Cross team collaboration with FPA/ Procurement/AP to ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting, specifically during month/ quarter ends

• A minimum of 5+ years' experience in Corporate Finance
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Extensive knowledge of computer software, general ledger, and financial systems
• Strong Accounting and book close skills
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Strong analytical skills
• Proven experience in Data processing
• Up to 20% International Travel.
