The Compliance Analyst will display understanding of ResultsCX culture and competitive environment.
In this role you will:- Maintain ongoing oversight over ResultsCX compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual and risk management requirements and reporting (ROC & SOC)
- Assist with development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions
- Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements
- Provide support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required
- Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance
- Analyze new legislation to determine impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance related activities are coordinated
- University Degree and 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC
