About the Role

Are you a recent graduate passionate about automation, problem-solving, and AI-driven innovation?
We're looking for a curious and collaborative mind to join our Intelligent Automation team — someone who loves breaking down problems, building smart solutions, and learning cutting-edge tools like UiPath, GenAI models, and low-code/no-code platforms.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business teams to understand and document processes suitable for intelligent automation.
  • Assist in designing and developing automation workflows using UiPath and other relevant tools.
  • Apply foundational RPA practices, including exception handling, automation queues, and basic orchestration.
  • Participate in testing, deploying, and maintaining automation solutions.
  • Support production automations by troubleshooting issues and suggesting improvements.
  • Contribute to documentation efforts such as design notes, test cases, and deployment/user guides.
  • Explore and experiment with GenAI features and prompts to enhance automation workflows.
  • Work with low-code/no-code platforms and third-party tools for rapid solution development.
  • Apply logical and analytical abilities to design efficient automation solutions and solve technical challenges.

We're looking for someone who has:

Technical Skills:

 

  • 0–2 years of experience in intelligent automation, RPA, or related fields (internships or academic projects are a plus).
  • Basic understanding of UiPath and automation concepts.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
  • Interest or experience in using version control tools like Git.
  • Exposure to or curiosity about LLM tools, GenAI APIs, or AI-enhanced automation.
  • Strong problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
