The position of Sales Operations Director will be remote or located in Denver, CO!

 

Summary
The Director Sales Operations is responsible for executing a strategy to drive profitable revenue growth, optimize sales productivity and align sales strategies with business objectives. This role will drive focused sales results with key partners and develop and implement processes for rapid deployment and adoption of digital sales tools. The Director Sales Operations will be instrumental in driving alignment across the region and in the achievement of strategic sales goals and operational excellence.

 

What You'll Do

  • Lead the creation, harmonization, and continuous improvement of sales process by proactively identifying delays and inefficiencies within order fulfillment and customer processes
  • Define operational sales vision, strategy, and establish regional direction and focus to improve operation efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction, including inventory management, business profitability, and timely delivery
  • Focus on demand creation and marketing efforts based on customers changing needs by segment to maximize value proposition and customer experience
  • Identify and operationalize CRM adoption and utilization strategy, quality of content, territory design, lead management, and new client acquisition
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales operations with overall business objectives
  • Develop and maintain sales operations policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales technology tools and systems, such as CRM software, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms
  • Establish clear structures, compliance guidelines, and measure sales adherence to defined processes
  • Serve as a key partner to leadership in all aspects of scaling the sales organization from process to systems, in addition to day-to-day support
  • Support Sales teams with training and documentation on new processes and tools
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex or urgent customer service issues beyond standard requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in sales operations or related field
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools

For the state of Colorado only, the pay is $111,887.69 to $167,831.53, depending on qualifications, experience, and other considerations permitted by law. Commission/Bonus Plan: MIP
