Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility.  We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Analyst in our Winnipeg Head Office.  As a member of the Service Desk team, you will be responsible for the administration, troubleshooting and documentation of Richardson delivered systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting Richardson employees globally by performing account and security modifications, troubleshooting hardware/software related issues, fulfilling requests.

  • Initial point of contact for technical assistance via phone, email, and ticketing system.

  • Supporting Microsoft 365 product suite (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and Intune), Windows 10/11, MacOS, smartphones, tablets, printers, security cameras, IoT, VOIP, ISP, etc.

  • Collaborate with other development and support groups within Information Technology.

  • Participate in a variety of projects as assigned.

  • Inventory management of company assets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills are required.

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team player as well as individually are a must.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.

  • Understanding of firewalls, VPN, and basic networking concepts.

  • Knowledge of PowerShell would be considered an asset.

  • A valid class 5 driver's license.
