Position
We are seeking a Senior Loan Service Representative to join our HomeAmerican Mortgage team. This position will be responsible for the administration of loan servicing functions including customer service, escrow, payoffs, collections, foreclosures, bankruptcies, document review, investor accounting, and other various loan administration duties. This position communicates verbally and in writing with borrowers, investors, vendors and third party agencies.
Responsibilities
- Escrow account setup, escrow deletions, administration and disbursement of all tax and insurance records for mortgage loans in portfolio.
- Completion and review of annual escrow analysis including processing of escrow refunds.
- Collection of delinquent mortgage payments and administration of bankruptcies and foreclosures.
- Review and submit accounts for loan workout arrangements such as modifications, forbearances, and repayment plans.
- Review monthly reporting and remit funds to various investors per their guidelines.
- Responsible for the transfer of data and images to new servicers on bulk and flow servicing sales.
- Responsible for the prompt receipt and submission of trailing documents from counties and/or title companies to investors and/or custodians.
- Responsible for the oversight of the loan servicing file room and accompanying records management.
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with customers, investors, title companies, affiliates, etc.
Requirements
Minimum two-years loan servicing experience with broad knowledge of multiple facets of loan administration and agency guidelines.
- Excellent organization and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with Finastra servicing system (Servicing Director) highly preferred.
- Technical knowledge of collection, foreclosure, and bankruptcy laws as well as direct customer-facing experience a plus.
- High school diploma required.

Compensation
- Base Salary: $55,000-65,000
- FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
- Bonus Type: Year-end Discretionary
