RNDC is looking for a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. The Associate Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for identifying and documenting business processes by interviewing line of business stakeholders and reviewing and analyzing systems and processes and coordinating or conducting UAT and the final evaluation of the system solution 

• Collaborate with the business to identify, document, prioritize and communicate business needs. 
• Plan, elicit, capture, analyze and validate business, functional and technical requirements. 
• Recognize the relationships, dependencies and impacts of neighboring business functions. 
• Understand core systems, applications and technical platforms utilized. 
• Document and analyze current business processes and underlying systems/applications. 
• Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams. 
• Support testing and protect traceability of the business requirements against the functionality of proposed solutions to ensure it achieves the business's needs. 
• Perform a variety of project related activities, including analysis or preparation of documentation and presentations. 

Bachelor's Degree or minor in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT
