Summary

Position is responsible for planning, performance progress, resource management, and updates for all areas.  These areas include all channels of the Wine & Champagne portfolio, and chains for the Spirits portfolio.  The position will be responsible for understanding any market challenges and a recommended a course of action.  

 

In this role, you will
  • Planning: Ensures proper collaboration between supplier and RNDC teams at all levels, as well as Finance and Portfolio Manager roles.  
  • Chain Management:  Works closely with local chain teams as well as corporate chain account managers to ensure execution and resource efficiency.  Communicates monthly and quarterly chain updates.  Also includes planning, business reviews, and monthly follow up.  Must plan and work directly with RNDC chain market managers, as well as NA managers.  
  • Manages National program tracking and compliance via Greatvines for Spirits and Wine.  
  • Business reviews:  Coordinates and manages all monthly topline calls, QBR's, chain calls, and HBR meetings for Wine & Champagne.  
  • Program management:  Manages and tracks power month programs and special incentives for Wine & Champagne.  
  • Manages “Rupture Brands” by ensuring proper focus and resource management.  
  • NA On Premise - Manages all optionals, including tracking, follow up, resources, and execution follow up.  This includes monthly market follow up, feedback to suppliers, and an understanding of any account challenges  
  • Nielsen:  Manages all Spirits Nielsen data.  Closely monitors 1.5 X market growth expectations.  
  • Distribution – Spirits:  Manages chain distribution progress.  Wine & Champagne.  Manages planning, monthly updates, and performance progress for core brands  
  • Category Management:  Works closely with RNDC and supplier teams to assess account opportunities.  Category Services contact liaison for suppliers.  Assess base sets versus supplier strategy.  

 

What you bring to RNDC
  • Bachelors degree from four-year college or university preferred;  
  • one to two years related experience, preferably management work with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.  
  • Requires a current, valid state driver's license  
  • Ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements as defined by the Company.  
  • Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License, as required by the state (i.e. TABC License – Texas)
