High school diploma or general education degree (GED), preferably one year transportation experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with Roadnet routing software preferred. The employee will occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. The ability to work overtime is essential for this role. • Daily maintenance of the routing software database to ensure key elements are current and accurate at all times.
• Frequent communication with sales and operations management to ensure customer service and operational goals are being achieved.
• Performs administrative tasks containing, but not limited to, printing invoices, running reports, preparing delivery documents, voice mails, email communication and special request information.
• Process driver feedback regarding the daily routes to continually improve the routing and delivery performance.
