Title: Plastic Surgeon (Head & Neck Plastic Surgery)

Regular Company: Roswell Park Cancer Institute Department: Head & Neck/Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Time Type: Full time Weekly Hours: 40 FTE: 1 Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Summary: The Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Head and Neck Surgery/Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Roswell Park Cancer Center seeks a full-time board certified or board eligible plastic surgeon. The preferred candidate will be at the Assistant or Associate level in academic rank with expertise in general reconstructive surgery and micro-surgery. There are currently three general plastic surgeons who are members of the Department. The clinical and research activities of the Division are diverse. This position involves the management of all aspects of plastic surgery including breast reconstruction, skin cancer reconstruction, extremity salvage, head and neck cancer reconstruction. Candidates should have an interest in the teaching of medical students, residents and fellows. The program has an academic affiliation with the University of Pennsylvania and maintains administrative support from the University of Pennsylvania and the State University of New York at Buffalo. The salary range for this position is $352.250 - $992.773 annually which includes a comprehensive benefits package. Founded in 1898, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center was the first institution in the world to focus exclusively on the integration of cancer care and translational research.

Salary range is $352,250 - $581,327 which includes a comprehensive benefits package. Qualifications: Required Education and Experience

License and Certification Requirement
1. License or permit to practice as a Medical Doctor in the State of New York.
2. Possession of or eligibility for a valid medical specialty certificate in Head & Neck Plastic Surgery.
Education and Experience
Medical Doctor degree and prior full-time experience in the specialty of Head & Neck Plastic Surgery.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
