Roush is seeking a part-time Test Driver to evaluate vehicles following designated routes. The Test Driver will evaluate and report on any functional issues encountered while driving, as well as test the functional features of the vehicle being evaluated.
As a Test Driver, you will be responsible for:
- Drive vehicles on designated routes
- Report any functional issues encountered while driving
- Test vehicle features and systems and provide feedback relating to vehicle performance
To be considered as a Test Driver, you will need:
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years' driving experience with an excellent driving record and have reliable transportation
- Ability to be flexible with work shifts that include overnight stays out of state and weekends as needed
- Ability to drive vehicles with manual transmission
- Automotive knowledge and be able to check basic vehicle components
- To be detail oriented & able to complete required paperwork including vehicle checklist and composition of reports
- Be a self-starter, self-motivated & willing to learn
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
