Job Description :

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for managing group of non inter-related programs aligned to a strategic goal. Ensures programs are managed to compliance and company/customer standards. Manages allocation of internal and external resources to meet implementation demand signal. Provides regular and proactive communications to customers and Ryder Executive Management

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Supports business start-ups for large and complex programs

Provides guidance, leadership and coaching to assigned staff

Develops department goals to maintain optimum efficiency

Provides input and performance goals

Implements strategic policy when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

Monitors post implementation customer expectations and standards

Interact with multiple levels including Executive Management within Ryder and client organizations

Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments

Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors

Manages a team of professional level employees. Develops direct reports

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Eight (8) years or more experience Relevant work experience

Five (5) years or more experience Related experience in Project Management

Five (5) years or more experience 3-5 years in a Supervisor or Managerial role

LICENSES

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (1 Year, required).

Compensation Information :

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

Pay Type :

Salaried

Minimum Pay Range:

$90,000.00

Maximum Pay Range:

$120,000.00
