We are seeking the best and most promising candidates to provide creativity, agility and superior customer service that will exceed our Customer's expectation.   • Compensation : The annual salary for this position ranges up to $60,000 based on experience (paid bi-monthly)
  • Schedule : M-F 1st shift Hybrid (1 day/month in Novi office) - position may eventually require hybrid schedule with additional days onsite in Auburn Hills

The Logistics Analyst function is to develop innovative and creative logistics solutions for new and existing Automotive model launches.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for tracking and completing Transportation Cost Analysis study requests within agreed upon turnaround time.
  • Responsible for external and internal customer's satisfaction requirements. Interacts with various departments within customer (OEM) to ensure launch requirements are being met and costs are in line.
  • Responsible for the development and management of Plan For Every Part (PFEP; Master file) for new and existing model launches.
  • Functions as main customer contact for Logistics network design activities of assigned launch.
  • Responsible for making decisions related to all logistics designs and its applicability to customer requests.
  • Responsible for coordinating, scheduling and facilitating implementation calls with carriers, suppliers and plant destination for model launch.

  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Relevant experience logistics or engineering required
  • General knowledge of Integrated Logistics, Transportation, distribution, Customer Service and Information Technology intermediate required
  • Knowledge of computer tools: Spreadsheets, Databases, Graphics, Word Processing required

Travel

  • 10% travel
  • hybrid role
