SAIC is seeking a highly skilled Agile Cloud Configuration Manager to support our IT Service Management efforts for USTRANSCOM at Scott AFB. This unique position merges agile leadership with technical configuration management in a cloud environment. Ideal candidates will have strong management skills, technical acumen, and experience communicating effectively across all levels.
The USTC Managed Information Technology Services (MITS) contract provides strategic, technical, and program management guidance to facilitate operations and modernization of USTRANSCOM's infrastructure, systems, and applications. Support will be provided to the USTC Command, Control, Communications & Cyber Systems Directorate (TCJ6).
Responsibilities:
- Educate and promote agile methodologies across ServiceNow and other projects.
- Identify and mitigate barriers hindering team and project progress for smooth execution.
- Plan and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Ensure teams deliver value iteratively, meeting high-quality standards and the definition of done.
- Act as a bridge between product owners, development teams, and other key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and priorities.
- Enhance shared understanding and team synergy both within and outside the team.
- Track and improve team performance using agile metrics, providing clear reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Drive cultural change and continuous improvement by promoting Agile principles and practices within the organization.
- Apply configuration management practices to cloud environments, ensuring accurate tracking and management of baseline Configuration Items (CIs) through their lifecycle.
- Provide configuration management support to DoD programs using appropriate tools for complex projects.
- Develop engineering design and change artifacts, ensuring standardized documentation compliant with customer requirements.
- Identify and resolve tooling and process inefficiencies proactively.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Ten (10) years or more experience.
- Active DoD Secret clearance.
- IAT Level II Certification: At least one (Security+, CECCNA-Security, CySA+**, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP).
- AWS Cloud Practitioner (Course CLF-C02).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
- ITIL V4 Foundations certification.
- Experience with Agile software development tools, such as JIRA.
- Experience interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
- Exposure to cloud formation templates and understanding of standardized documentation practices.
Desired Qualifications:
- MA/MS degree.
- DoD TS/SCI clearance.
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM), ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or similar.
- Understanding of scripting languages and the ability to review code and merge requests.
- Agile and Test Management Implementation, Agile Development 2.0 Simulator Micro Certification.
Work Environment:
- Monday through Friday, normal business hours, with occasional after-hours and weekend support during planned or emergency events.
- On-site at Scott AFB, O'Fallon, IL.

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
