We are seeking Cyberspace / Electromagnetic Threat Leads at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Job Description:

The Cyberspace / Electromagnetic Threat Lead plans, develops, manages, and supports CEMA in support of USARPAC objectives, activities, and investments by integrating and synchronizing regional, national, inter-agency, global, and allied/partner cyberspace and communication capabilities. Conducts research of all-source reporting to inform defensive cyberspace operations, coordinate all analytical products, and facilitate dissemination across tactical, operational, and strategic environments. Provides strategic oversight and operational guidance to the CEMA program, evaluating policies and directives and advising development and integration of CEMA into the command's overall mission, strategy, plans, and operations. Coordinates with DoD agencies, CCMDs, inter-agency, and global and allied/coalition partners to develop policy and doctrine, and to obtain plans, revisions, and pertinent material needed for reference and execution of combined actions.

Duties:

  • Maintains multiple threat intelligence feeds from various sources that provide information and indicators on cyberspace threat activity, adversaries, and provide recommended mitigations.
  • Processes and integrates classified cyber threat intelligence information and cyberspace and electromagnetic warfare information up to the TS/SCI level.
  • Analyzes OPLANs and orders, USINDOPACOM and HQDA to assist in determining capability requirements to provide recommendations to meet operational support objectives.
  • Coordinates with G35 to align organizational goals and operational support objectives with future operations; G37 for normalization of EW activities in exercises; and G6 and G34 to align defensive cyberspace operations with defending the correct and prioritized critical assets.
  • Understands the DoD Planning, Program, and Budgeting System (PPBS), which includes an understanding of the Defense Planning Guidance with knowledge of how the Army creates plans and uses them to drive acquisition processes, especially in the creation of planning guidance, primarily the Army Plan, the Long-Range Research and Development Plan, and the Army Modernization Plan. 
  • Reports cyber threat, vulnerability, and asset management data to USARPAC leadership.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors and five (5)+ years' of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
