SAIC currently has an opening for a Full Stack Web Developer, to support the Software, Simulation, Systems Engineering and Integration (S3I) Directorate at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. This position is remote(work from home) with some travel.
The Full Stack Web Developer is responsible for but not limited to the following:
Provide Web Development support for the suite of software tools that support organizations under the Combat Capabilities Development Command, Aviation and Missile Center
Web development for various tools to include new features, enhancements and bug fixes following Agile software development principles
Integration with SQL databases
Investigate help desk issues to determine cause and appropriate solution
Perform unit testing
Participate in code reviews
Update change request statuses on sprint board as they are implemented
Designing user interactions on web pages
Ensuring responsiveness of applications
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree and two (2) years' experience; additional six (6) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree.
Required Clearance:
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance; US Citizenship required.
Required Skills:
Experience with C#
Experience with .NET Framework 4.8/.NET 8+
Experience with Visual Studios (2022 or newer)
Proficiency with fundamental front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good problem solving skills
Desire to constantly improve your skillset and abilities
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
