SAIC is seeking a GPS SE&I Technical Librarian with experience in data management, customer service, and classification best practices to join the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Team.
PNT SE&I provides engineering, integration, technical analysis, and subject matter expertise (SME) support to the US Space Force. As a member of our PNT SE&I Team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with Government personnel and systems engineers to deliver, organize, and safeguard classified materials spanning multiple contracts. Major duties of this position include:
DUTIES:
- Manning the Technical Library at Los Angeles Space Force Base from 7:00am to 3:30pm (M-F).
- Apply best practice configuration management processes to the GPS Technical Library (classified/unclassified).
- Comply with courier requirements to transfer data to and from the Los Angeles Space Force Base and the SAIC facility.
- Provide daily support at the GPS Technical Library supporting management of data.
- Manage, track, and distribute documents to stakeholders, while maintaining an audit trail.
Ensure obsolete documentation is removed from distribution and database updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree. Experience will be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Secret Clearance.
- At least 2 years experience in a professional customer-facing role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous government contracting experience.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
