We are seeking Intel Analyst / Planners at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

Job Description:

The Intel Analyst / Planner plans, develops, manages, and supports Multi INT Integration collection and analysis related boards, bureaus, centers, cells, and working groups. Provides Multi INT collection and data analysis and planning for requirements that conform to established standards which then are publicized in the appropriate system of record. Provides recommendations for Multi INT Integration collection doctrine, polices, processes and procedures. Uses the methods for Integration collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination and training activities required to maximize operational Multi INT readiness and assist with the creation of products for presentation to senior Government officials as well as edit and coordinate the final drafting of documents and presentations as required

Duties:

  • Assist the management of the Army Multi INT -related data analysis products and data calls, including Survivability: protection against detection and lethal fires; Air and missile defense: protection against air and missile threats; Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear Defense (CBRN)
  • Operations: protection against contamination; and Cybersecurity, Critical infrastructure, Biometric , and Continuity of operations defense
  • Provide analysis, planning, and development of Operations, Activities, and Investments
  • Provide data acquisition, planning and analysis services for the broad range of information advantage activities
  • Support the Government by conducting research, building information advantage capabilities, and developing information advantage planning documentation such as OAIs, OPLANs, and Contingency Plans
  • Synchronize and assess layered information advantage activities for Theater Army OAIs, collaborating across staff sections to achieve strategic goals
  • Provide all-source analysis of cyberspace threats/activities during theater peacetime and contingency operations.
  • Process and integrate classified cyber threat intelligence information and cyberspace and EW Data
  • Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations regarding USARPAC needs, requirements, and positions relating to both near-term and long-term planning efforts
  • Facilitate Army level multi-discipline Integration strategies.
  • Report cyber threat, vulnerability, and asset management data to USARPAC leadership
  • Integrate Army space operations into exercise planning, coordinate live fire ranges, and provide space support during joint and multinational exercises.
  • Provide technical expertise on U.S. space control systems and sensitive activities for planning, training, and employment within the Indo-Pacific theater of operation.
  • Support and assist to systematically conduct Integration Multi INT research and readiness activities to enhance the Government's awareness, preparedness, and decision-making capabilities through USARPAC in accordance with Army, DoD, and Intelligence Community Multi INT Policy

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors and five (5)+ years' of experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
