We are seeking Intel Analysts GEOINT at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

These positions are contingent upon contract award expected Summer 2024 and will be located in Hawaii.

We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

The Intel Analyst GEOINT plans, develops, manages, and  supports lead roles in GEOINT  collection and analysis related boards, bureaus, centers, cells, and working groups. Provides  GEOINT collection requirements that conform to established standards which then are publicized in the appropriate system of record. Assists the management of the Army GEOINT -related  products and data calls. Facilitates Army level multi-discipline  strategies.  Assists in development of Army GEOINT  collection requirements. Assists in GEOINT  collection assessment processes.

Duties:

  • Supports Intelligence Community-led GEOINT  collection working groups. 
  • Tracks Army GEOINT  requirements and collaborate with Army Enterprise elements and external elements as required.
  • Analyses radar, infrared, moving target indicator (MTI), light detection and ranging (LIDAR), spectral imagery, and geospatial information.
  •  Provides recommendations for GEOINT collection doctrine, polices, processes and procedures, identifying, analyzing, and reporting targets observed on imagery from satellite and airborne systems with a familiarity with and understand the tasking, collecting, processing, exploiting, and disseminating process
     Conducts and supervises tasking, survey, collection, geolocation, processing, and exploitation of foreign signals through GEOINT analysis and dissemination supporting multi-domain electromagnetic spectrum operations at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels across National, Joint, Coalition, and Army echelons
  • Assists in the GEOINT collection management process; operates and employs cryptologic equipment
  • Uses the methods for GEOINT collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination and training activities required to maximize operational GEOINT readiness and assist with the creation of products for presentation to senior Government officials as well as edit and coordinate the final drafting of documents and presentations as required.
    Supports and assists to systematically conduct GEOINT research and readiness activities to enhance the Government's awareness, preparedness, and decision-making capabilities through USARPAC in accordance with Army, DoD, and Intelligence Community GEOINT Policy.
  •  Manages and integrates GEOINT  collection and analysis activities per contract requirements, researching their Section's AO to provide valuable input on the Operational Environment (OE) while conducting GEOINT support to IPB. as well as interpreting/analyzing Full Motion Video and providing support to lethal and nonlethal targeting operations through baseline or intermediate graphics, battle damage assessments and collateral damage estimates.
  •  Enables the collaboration and synchronization of GEOINT processing, exploiting and disseminating GEOINT analysis and data processing by leveraging knowledge and experience in policy, program planning, collection capabilities, analytics, and information technology (IT) modernization.
  •  Alleviates obstacles that could preclude the USARPAC and its strategic partners that encumber GEOINT intelligence systems operations, training and sustaining.
  •  Gathers feedback from GEOINT intelligence consumers to determine if the requirements are being  satisfied and revises intelligence requirements based on feedback received to identify issues, minimize information gaps, and mitigate capability shortfalls.  
  •  Develops GEOINT intelligence Measures of Performance (MOPs) and intelligence Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs).

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree and five (5)  years' experience; Four (4) years' additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • There may be positions available at all levels 0-20+ years experience

DESIRED:

  • Command or joint level experience for Senior or SME hires
  • Post graduate degree in associated field of study for Senior or SME hires

 CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Must have an active TS clearance to start work
  • Must be able to obtain a TS/SC
