SAIC is seeking a highly qualified ISR Site lead to join our team in Somalia.
The ISR Site Lead is for but not limited to the following:
Responsible for all contractor personnel and equipment deployed to the site and necessary to accomplish the mission.
Performs administrative oversight of all contractor team concerns and issues associated with the deployment location.
Maintain a close daily working relationship with the local U.S. Mission, GTM, and COR.
Manages the day-to-day program support and ensures personnel under this contract perform in accordance with this PWS and service requirements in the Services Summary section.
Ensures service quality in accordance with the Contractor Quality Control Plan.
Ensures the specific contracts meet cost, performance, schedules and Export Compliance requirements.
Reviews and evaluates all work performed, ensuring that it meets or exceeds contract requirements and customer expectations.
Monitors performance and compliance of subcontractors.
This position shall be on call 24 hours a day.
Support the deployment/employment of personnel.
Liaison with all company service centers and support groups in regards to program requirements.
QualificationsEducation & Experience:
Minimum of two (2) years demonstrated prior successful Lead Management experience at the company level of a DoS or DoD contract, preferably in support of an aerial surveillance program. (Experience can be military, civilian, or contractor, or a combination of the three).
Demonstrated prior professional experience requiring strong interpersonal and team building skills.
Demonstrated prior professional experience requiring Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated prior professional experience requiring strong MS Suite skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Demonstrated prior professional experience requiring briefing both internal and external customers.
Demonstrated prior professional experience with the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Defense, or other Government contracting agencies.
Must be able to fluently read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must be U.S. citizens and, as a minimum, possess a U.S. Secret security clearance prior to being deployed.
Must be willing to deploy to austere location in Africa, with limited amenities, on a closed, secured, facility.
