SAIC is seeking a highly qualified Military Joint Information Management Specialist to support the Pacific Multi-Domain Training and Experimentation Capability (PMTEC) at the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J7. This role is critical in enhancing our program's effectiveness and aligning our strategic goals with the Commander's directives.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research on the PMTEC program, analyze relevant data, and produce professional articles and papers that inform and influence stakeholders.
  • Program Coordination: Collaborate closely with program management to ensure messaging (briefs, articles, reports, information papers) alignment of program activities with strategic objectives and the Commander's guidance.  Assist in the creation and standardization of all PMTEC information, ensuring continuity and standardization.
  • Public Affairs Coordination: Coordinates with the Public Affairs Office (PAO) on all external communications and media inquiries. Ensures consistent messaging and adherence to organizational guidelines for public-facing information.
  • Message Consistency: Review and verify that all division and directorate communications pertaining to PMTEC activities to ensure they are consistent with program standards and goals.
  • Meeting Coordination and Facilitation:  Schedule and manage in-person and virtual meetings to including setting up meeting links, managing participant access.  Facilitate meetings effectively, ensuring adherence to agendas, encouraging participation, and capturing key discussion points and action items

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelors and ten (10)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree
  • DoD (uniform, civilian or contractor) Background: Mid-level to Senior Officer experience
  • Administrative Expertise: Preferred experience in communicating program vision, goals and objectives
  • Regional Experience: Experience within the INDOPACOM Area of Operations and Joint Exercises
  • Military Operations: Experience with US military operations and training activities
  • Military Tactics Experience: Preferred knowledge of military tactics and associated training requirements
  • Technical skills: Proficient with SharePoint Online, Office 365, collaboration features, and document management

REQUIRED CLEARANCE:

  • Must have an Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
  • Must be a current US Citizen

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
