SAIC has an opening for an organized and motivated Program Analyst Supervisor who is looking for an opportunity to grow with our company as we continue to expand our business into new and exciting market segments. Work will be performed on-site at our location in Indianapolis and can have some remote & travel work on occasion. The individual will be part of a collaborative team of engineers and support technicians working to bring projects from the early concept and design phase, as well as engineering change phases all the way through fabrication, system integration, and acceptance testing.

  • Oversee the daily activities of program analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Ensure team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Organize and lead team meetings, briefings, and training sessions. Ensure effective dissemination of information and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Monitor program budgets, expenditures, and financial reports. Ensure programs are operating within budgetary constraints.
  • Identify and resolve complex problems related to program implementation and performance. Make informed decisions based on data and analysis.

Qualifications

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree and six (6) years' experience; Additional four (4) years' experience can be considered in lieu of degree.

Requirements:

  •      US Citizenship required.
  •      Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information clearly to various audiences. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project management software, and data analysis tools.
  • Leverage technology and analytical tools to streamline processes, improve data analysis, and enhance program outcomes.
  • Must be familiar with BOE on FFP based production contracts.
  • Familiar with project budgets and contract requirement.
  • Able to lead presentations and meeting to provide progress updates.
