We are seeking SCEW Target Support Leads at all levels of experience (Junior thru Senior and SME) to support the United States Army Pacific Command (USARPAC) Task Order (TO). We are currently assembling our team of experienced professionals with a broad range of intelligence, operations, planning, data, training, and logistics solutions on an enterprise scale to advance technical capabilities and maximize the effectiveness of USARPAC programs, operations, and partnerships throughout the USARPAC Area of Responsibility (AOR).

These positions are contingent upon contract award expected Summer 2024 and will be located in Hawaii.

The SCEW Target Support Lead plans, develops, manages, and  supports  SCEW Targeting Facilitation. Conducts targeting facilitation with seasoned in-depth knowledge of Joint Staff and theater targeting guidance. Interact with, maintain, and disseminate data and products to other intelligence analysts and organizations to identify, highlight, or eliminate priority targets while constantly analyzing inputs. Collaborates with operations staff to identify potential collection targets and assist with the prioritization of anticipated collection requirements during mission planning. Prepares and maintains target packages and folders, annotate target graphics, perform target assessments , and recommend targeting strategies to operational planners and commanders at multiple levels.

Duties:

  • Develops SCEW targets for the Government use for lethal and non-lethal engagements. 
  • Provides recommendations for SCEW target prioritizations in accordance with USARPAC objectives for plans and operations. 
  • Conducts collateral damage estimation and target list management. Provide joint target intelligence for deliberate and dynamic target engagements. 
  • Provides dissemination and integration of all available intelligence and information  sources to present, distribute, and make available information/environmental content that enables decision-making, target development, and situational awareness.
  • Gathers feedback from intelligence consumers to determine if the requirements are being  satisfied and revises intelligence requirements based on feedback received to identify issues, minimize information gaps, and mitigate capability shortfalls.  
  • Develops intelligence Measures of Performance (MOPs) and intelligence Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs).

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors degree and five (5)  years' experience; Four (4) years' additional experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • There may be positions available at all levels 0-20+ years experience

 DESIRED:

  • Command or joint level experience for Senior or SME hires   
  • Post graduate degree in associated field of study for Senior or SME hires

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Must have an active TS clearance to start work
  • Must be able to obtain a TS/SCI
