SAIC is seeking a System Integration Analyst to support the UxS STRATCAP program which involves deployment of autonomous unmanned surface vessels (USV's) to demonstrate an enhanced warfighting capability to disrupt adversary activity in a given maritime region. The program seeks to develop unmanned, remotely operated, and semi-autonomous USVs. The UxS STRATCAP program is managed by the Unmanned Maritime Systems (UMS) Program Office (PMS-406) within PEO Littoral Combat Ship (LCS), and is supported by NIWC Pacific, Code 564 who provides expertise to the program sponsor in the areas of hardware and software design, development, installation, test and evaluation of various unmanned and autonomous systems.
Note: This position is a hybrid remote position with periodic onsite visits to support testing events. Candidate would need to be local to the San Diego area. There will also be travel to additional events to work out of operations centers as well as sea trials on Navy Vessels. This position will require approx. 15-20% travel in the state of California. There is also a potential for periodic east coast travel
JOB DUTIES:
- In this role, you will be working with UxS STRATCAP IPT Leadership and other staff to translate requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs and integrating architecture.
- Support the analysis of transition planning, intelligence information requirements, and may develop architecture baselines.
- Will work with area leads in the development of integration, migration plans/schedules, and aide in overseeing the production and integration of various systems.
- Interface with IPT Leadership to identify requirements
- Translate requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs and integrating architecture.
- Support planning activities
- Develop architecture
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years of related experience; years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- 4-6 year of Systems Integration experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must have an Interim Secret Clearance to start
- Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance after start
- Organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
