We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Integration Team Manager to join our talented team. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, optimize processes for efficiency, manage resources and budgets, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead a team while contributing to long-term operational strategies and maintaining high-quality standards.

Work is performed on site in Norfolk, VA and Virginia Beach, VA.

This position is contingent upon award news Spring of 2026.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and guide day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and achieving organizational goals.
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop and implement new processes, and optimize existing ones to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to support operational needs.
  • Adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies to maintain legal and ethical standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Training and supervising employees, fostering a positive work environment, and developing team members.
  • Contribute to long-term operational plans and strategies, align with the overall business goals.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, management, and vendors.
  • Identify and address operational challenges, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Monitor quality standards, implement quality assurance programs, and ensure adherence to quality requirements.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Engineering, Physical Science or business related specialty .
  • Seven (7) years of operations management and coordination of branch, plant, or department operation strategies and activities and may assist with the review, development, and implementation of organizational policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals, to include: 
    •  Development of Corporate Strategic Plans, Development of Organizational Performance Management Plans, Development of Organization Governance Structures, Guiding significant organizational change management efforts.
  • Inspire and motivate teams, fostering a positive work environment, and develop team members.
  • Analyze data to identify inefficiencies, implement solutions, and improve operational performance.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
  • Understand and utilize relevant technology and systems to streamline operations.
  • Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain high standards.
  • Adjust to change priorities and unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security Clearance.

Required Security Clearance:

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance.
    • Active Interim Secret or final Secret clearance is preferred.
