SAIC is seeking to fill an opening for a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) to support MID Technical Action Group and Forward Presence Office. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a baseline knowledge of NRO's posture to meet evolving mission needs of our various Customers/Partners (IC, DoD, COCOM, Civile and Law Enforcement, etc). The TAG provides vital technical and mission expertise to the Directorate leadership and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and serving as a key liaison between the executive, the directorates Offices and Groups, and the User Engagement Teams (Field Representatives, Service Representatives, IC and other DoD partner representatives). Represent NRO enterprise-wide forward presence program.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· The ideal candidate will support the MID Front Office (FO) in all business functions required to ensure smooth performance of the directorate's mission and the senior leadership team's responsibilities.
· Develop and provide preparatory briefings, data, and information to ensure the MID FO are properly informed and prepared for participation in NRO senior-level meetings.
· Provide senior executive level support (e.g., write point papers, document meeting minutes/action items, create power point presentations, etc.) for MID meetings, forums, technical reviews, design reviews, program status reviews, business reviews, all hands, off-sites, protocol events, conferences, etc.
· Develop a monthly roadmap and annual strategy for MID senior leadership engagement based on NRO leadership plans, MID strategic guidance, and office goals. Review NRO and directorate calendars to maintain awareness of NRO enterprise engagement activities and to identify MID senior leadership engagement opportunities/needs beyond the monthly roadmap.
· Facilitate MID senior leadership exchanges within MID and the NRO to ensure application of MID resources and resolve issues.
· Possess and develop in-depth knowledge of key partners supported by MID (i.e., COCOMs, Services, other IC/DoD entities). Synthesize information received from MID entities into a directorate level response to create communications and business documentation. Provide technical review and/or prepare all MID correspondence packages (both internal and external) ensuring adherence to NRO administrative standards, technical accuracy, completeness, consistency, proper classification, and relevance of responses.
· Draft, Edit, Develop and maintain executive-level reports (e.g., quarterly or semi-annual 'State of our Partners Report') that analyze key dynamics at our customers (including OPLAN updates) and evaluate NRO's ability to address those challenges. Support DAG as necessary.
· Coordinate job specific technical training for deploying NRO personnel, maintain CENTCOM/ Forward Presence information website\Portal
· Manage special clearance updates and indoctrinations, the selection process for NRO candidates to service as the OIR SETA and implement the training plans for all NRO OIR representatives prior to their deployment.

· Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
· Bachelor's degree and 14+ year's professional related experience
· Must be highly self-motivated; strong technical and leadership background; professional and tactful under pressure; effective negotiation and diplomatic skills
· Must have excellent communications skills, both written and oral, for coordinated communications with organization and representatives throughout the IC and DOD, including senior military and government civilian personnel and contractors
· Understanding of the intelligence community and customer domain, along with strong proven experience of technical fundamentals in IC space collectors, command and control, mission control, and mission processing
· Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment
· Customer focused and capable of representing the customer in community forums
· Knowledge of Forward Presence Process and responsibilities
